Keep your old store active until the import completes. ### help Frequently Asked Questions What File Formats Does This Tool Support? expand\_more This tool supports SHOPLINE 2.0 product exports in CSV format and SHOPLINE 1.0 exports in XLSX format. The parser handles complex files with quoted fields containing newlines and commas, which is common in product descriptions and multi-field data. How Do I Import the Converted CSV to Shopify? expand\_more After downloading the converted CSV, go to your Shopify Admin → Products → Import. Upload the file and review the mapping. Shopify will automatically create products, variants, and process images from your SHOPLINE URLs. Will My Product Images Be Preserved? expand\_more For **SHOPLINE 2.0 CSV files**: Yes! The converter preserves your original image URLs. During import, Shopify will automatically download and host these images on their CDN. Keep your SHOPLINE store active until the import completes. For **SHOPLINE 1.0 XLSX files**: No. SHOPLINE 1.0 exports do not include product image URLs. You will need to manually add images to your products in Shopify after import. What Happens If I Have Duplicate Product Handles? expand\_more SkuSync automatically sanitizes product handles to be URL-friendly. Review duplicate handles and existing Shopify products before importing: a repeated handle can group rows as variants or affect an existing product depending on your import settings. Test a small batch first. Is My Data Secure? Do You Store My Files? expand\_more Your data never leaves your browser. All CSV and XLSX processing happens entirely client-side using JavaScript. No files are uploaded to any server, ensuring your product data remains completely private and secure. Why Are There No Images in My SHOPLINE 1.0 XLSX Export? expand\_more SHOPLINE 1.0 XLSX exports do not include product image URLs. This is a limitation of SHOPLINE 1.0's export functionality—the XLSX files only contain product data (names, descriptions, prices, inventory, variants) but no image fields. **Workarounds:** After importing your products to Shopify, you can manually add images by dragging and dropping them onto each product page, or use Shopify's bulk image import features if available. ### assistant\_navigation Quick Start Guide Need help?
